At GradClick.com, each order is customized specifically for the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products

All diplomas, certificates, transcripts, and other personalized items are produced according to the information submitted by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, schools, honors, and other details before submitting an order.

Due to the custom nature of these products, completed orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is an error caused by GradClick.com.

Errors or Defects

If you receive an item that contains a production error, printing mistake, or manufacturing defect that was caused by us, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If we determine that the error was our responsibility, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional charge, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund

Customer-Supplied Information

We cannot provide refunds or free replacements for errors that result from information submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect dates
  • Incorrect school information
  • Incorrect degree or program information
  • Formatting selections chosen during the ordering process

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all submitted information before completing their purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once production has begun, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order. If a cancellation request is approved before production starts, a refund may be issued less any applicable processing fees.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
